Video Editing Work Station (ViEWS) |

ViEWS provides a powerful video editing and enhancement capability to the NetWatch Suite. Video can be reviewed, broken into sample clips or built up into multi-camera large clips. Video clips can be enhanced and edited to include personal privacy (blurring). Video can be reproduced in native format (sub master) or in any standard Windows video formats (copy). Although video is usually downloaded from the NetWatch system ViEWS provides a PAL input that allows legacy VCR tapes to be processed. Video evidence is usually exported to CD or DVD media but ViEWS provides for a legacy PAL output so that SVHS tapes can also be generated. |

Search Tools Powerful search tools enable automatic searches for objects moving into or out of selected areas. Set the search running and the system will notify you audibly when it has detected an object, it then stops the play sequence for operator review. |

Enhancement Tools Video enhancement uses integration and re-sampling techniques along with brightness and contrast adjustments, turning the original and cropped image into a more detailed image. Note these
processes are applied in real time to the video as it is reviewed. |

Personal Privacy Editing Tools The ViEWS software suite includes a personal privacy
editor to facilitate compliance with data protection regulations when video
is to be reviewed by third parties. In addition to the PPE, ViEWS has an
optional Evidence Submission Manager facility where a log of video data
